Terms of Service

This is a starting draft written for a small, early-stage product — not reviewed by a lawyer. It should get real legal review before this product is offered to the public for money.

What this service does

JobPilot discovers job postings, scores them against your profile, tailors resumes, and — with your review and control — fills in and submits job applications on your behalf using the information you provide.

Acceptable use

This service is for applying to jobs on your own behalf only. You may not use it to submit applications for anyone else, or to misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or eligibility to work.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your profile, answers, and any dry-run output before enabling live submission. Automated form-filling can make mistakes; you should periodically check submitted applications and confirmation screenshots.

No employment guarantee

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome from using this service.

Limits on automation

We do not bypass CAPTCHAs, bot-detection systems, or platform terms of service on your behalf. Some job postings may require manual application as a result.

Liability

This service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including missed opportunities or application errors.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
